TRX Financial District, Malaysia
TRXIR has been engaged by TRX City Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Minister of Finance) to support the US$3 billion Tun Razak Exchange Financial District development in Kuala Lumpur. IR is developing the security framework for the Precinct and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Precinct security and emergency management operations and responses. Tun Razak Exchange Financial District is a 70 acre CBD development: The project comprises a retail mall (called The Exchange) underneath a 10-acre central park, seven iconic office towers, six residential towers and two luxury hotels connected to the multi-layered central park, and the Tun Razak Exchange MRT Station.
