This 22.5-hectares multi-use development near central Bangkok will be part of the Eastern Economic Corridor, linking Bangkok and three airports (Don Mueang, Suvarnabhumi and U-Tapao) with key industrial and resort areas on Thailand’s east coast by high-speed trains. It will be one of the leading Transit Oriented Developments of its type in Asia, incorporating the Makkasan Station transit hub and 12 high-rise buildings, including an iconic 120 storey tower which will be one of the tallest buildings in Asia.
The vast array of buildings on the site will include hotels, corporate offices, condominiums, high-end retail, dining and entertainment venues. Other features will include 8.4 hectares of extensive green spaces, including an ‘urban forest’ with water features, and a nationally significant cultural centre.
